Actions to Take in the Event of a Process Failure

If you have had any campaigns that were scheduled to send, automations, or integrated processes that either ran/attempted to run during a period of time when the application was not available, please review the steps below.

CAMPAIGNS:

You can confirm the results of a campaign send by checking the campaign report or status on the campaigns page. If you are seeing a campaign in a “pending send” status or do not see any data within a campaign report, that would indicate the campaign has yet to send. If you see this within your account, you can:

•  Monitor the campaign status to see if it sends
•  Select stop on the original campaign, duplicate the campaign, and send the copy.

We are not able to guarantee that the original campaign will not be sent, so keep this in mind if you choose to resend.

TESSITURA INTEGRATED PROCESSES:

You can verify the results of any Tessitura Integrated Processes within your Tessitura Integrated Dashboards Activity Log Report.

•  If you see a successful job process, that indicates contacts were successfully returned from Tessitura and updated in Pro2.

•  If you see a full error report, you should reprocess the job in question.

•  If you see a job that’s still in progress or do not see any activity for the job within the Activity Log or Console, you can attempt to stop the job. If that’s unsuccessful, you can reprocess the job in question.

For Data Sync:

You may need to process an Integrated Import of the most recent List Manager List and apply a unique Tag at time of import. This will allow you to create segmentation within your Pro2 dashboard that can identify who should have the Data Sync Tag added or who may need it removed.

For Scheduled Triggers:

Use “Run Now”

For Integrated Imports:

Repeat Import

We are not able to guarantee that a job that was in progress or scheduled during this time will not continue to process when it is able to, so keep this in mind if you choose to reprocess.
