Global Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Settings
Account Owners have the ability to enforce MFA across all Tessitura Integrated user roles. This allows your organization to increase security when accessing the Tessitura Integrated dashboard.
When Global MFA is enabled, access to your Tessitura Integrated Dashboard requires two distinct forms of identification in order to login. Your Username and Password, and a Verification Code that will be sent to the users email inbox.
To enable global MFA, an account Owner should access Account Settings and toggle Force Global MFA Account Protection from OFF to ON.
Once Global MFA settings are enabled Manager and User roles will not have the ability to disable Global MFA, and a notification will appear within each Tessitura Integrated Dashboard user settings that indicates the forced Global MFA requirement.
Multi-Factor Authentication needs to be enabled separately for both the Tessitura Integrated Dashboard, and your Prospect2/ActiveCampaign Dashboard.
Tessitura Integrated Dashboard: This can be enabled under "Organization Settings" by Owners to enfore MFA for all users, or by each user individually when editing their user profile.
Prospect2/ActiveCampaign Dashboard: This can be enabled by any user by going to Settings > Security. Users in the Admin group can enable and disable MFA for individual users or the entire account.
