Hours

Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm central time, excluding major US holidays. These are the core hours that we are around, but we often provide support and assistance as needed outside of these hours.

The absolute best way to contact us is by emailing help@prospect2.com. This inbox is connected to our support system that allows our team to keep track of requests, collaborate on items, report on common questions, and ensures that we are able to provide you with the best assistance possible. Please do not email individual members of the team directly for support.

While we reference our partner platform ActiveCampaign’s documentation from time to time, we are your place to go for any questions, issues, compliments, and ideas. Please do not contact ActiveCampaign for support.

However, we do encourage our main users to subscribe to our partner platforms status page. This will inform you of any system outages or issues that may impact the core platform.

Response and Resolution

Our goal is to respond to all emails within one business day. Resolution of a ticket may take longer depending on the additional information, follow up questions, troubleshooting, or escalation to our partner platform when needed.

Scheduling 

We use a scheduling tool called Calendly to help manage our bookings. Whether for the core onboarding lessons or for a check in call on a particular topic, we’ll provide you with a link to book the meeting. This will display the collective availability of the assigned team members from our side when booking. You can even adjust the time zone to display our availability in your time zone, which makes for much easier scheduling!

After you confirm a time, you’ll receive a calendar invitation that will contain a Zoom link. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, there is a link at the bottom of the invitation that will let you do just that! Please use this feature anytime you need to make changes to an already booked event.

Depending on your organization's time zone, we will work with you directly to provide availability for your training and onboarding sessions during a time that is convenient for both parties.
