How to Check your Connection to Tessitura
The Tessitura Connectivity Status widget provides a quick reference to the status of your connection between Prospect2 and Tessitura. To get started, navigate to the Tessitura Integration Dashboard by clicking on Tessitura Integration on the left side menu. In the bottom-right corner, there is a widget titled Tessitura Connectivity Status. Then, click on the Check Connection button.

Great! Your Tessitura API server and Prospect2 have a successful connection. |

We are unable to connect to your Tessitura API server. Potential reasons are:
- Your organization’s internet connection is down. If you are a RAMP client, RAMP may be down.
Check RAMP status here.
- Your Tessitura API endpoint URL changed. Please confirm this with your IT department or Tessitura and contact us with the new URL. We will update our settings and renew the connection.
- Your firewall rules may have changed. Please confirm with your IT department that access to your Tessitura API has been granted to the following IP addresses:
- 54.191.228.81
- 54.191.175.190
- The Prospect2 Tessitura user has been deleted or does not have the necessary security permissions. Contact your Tessitura Administrator to have the Prospect2 user reactivated or rebuilt.
